Further details on the service packages
The Silver package includes two full maintenance services per contract year, as per the manufacturer's manual. Telephone, email, and online support, as well as remote service via the Keenon cloud, are included during the agreed support hours.
A maximum of two sets of wear parts, including suction lips, wiper rubbers, brushes and filters, are included per contract year.
The price is €1,600 net per C30 cleaning robot per contract year.
The Gold package includes four full maintenance services per contract year, as per the manufacturer's manual. Telephone, email, and online support, as well as remote service via the Keenon cloud, are included during the agreed support hours.
A maximum of four sets of wear parts, including suction lips, wiper rubbers, brushes and filters, are included per contract year.
Additionally, on-site service in case of malfunctions and the spare parts required during the contract period are included in the package price.
If a fault covered by the contract cannot be resolved within five working days, the service provider will provide a suitable loaner device free of charge. The original system will be repaired and exchanged for the loaner device upon completion of the repair.
The price is €2,400 net per C30 cleaning robot per contract year.
Both service packages include one-time per robot a free 6-month consumable kit worth €272.
The kit is available exclusively in the first year of the maintenance contract provided and serves to protect against excessive wear and tear between scheduled maintenance appointments.
There is no entitlement to another free consumable kit in the following contract years.
Damage caused by improper use, accident, collision, external force, unsuitable cleaning agents or unauthorized modifications to the system is not included in the scope of services of the service packages.
This also applies to the spare parts and on-site services that are generally included in the Gold package.

The contract has an initial term of twelve months. Thereafter, it automatically renews for a further twelve months at a time unless terminated with notice. three months before the end of the respective contract term Termination is given in written form.
The total term, including all automatic renewals, is limited to a maximum of 60 months The contract is limited. Once the maximum total term has been reached, the contract ends automatically without the need for separate cancellation.
The right of both parties to terminate the contract without notice for good cause remains unaffected.
The following discounts on the regular annual price are granted for direct, binding bookings of longer fixed terms:

The respective discounted annual amount is calculated annually in advance.
The discount requires a binding booking for the entire fixed term.
Ordinary termination is excluded during a directly booked fixed term of 36 or 60 months.
The right to extraordinary termination for good cause remains unaffected.
All prices are per C30 cleaning robot, excluding statutory VAT.
