The Beetle utilizes 3D LiDAR-based mapping and localization, ensuring robust and reliable operation in challenging environments. Whether in low-light conditions, in highly dynamic areas with forklifts and vehicles, or on large open spaces up to 60,000 m² – the Beetle navigates precisely and efficiently.

Ultimate cleaning power

Up to 3,240 m²/h – for large-scale industrial cleaning

The powerful suction motor with 115 W suction power and 1,500 m³/h air volume efficiently processes a wide range of waste – from fine dust and sand to pieces of wood, water bottles and objects up to L250 × W250 × H80 mm.

The HEPA filter with a 3 m² filter area prevents airborne particles. The 45-liter dirty water tank is removable and easy to empty.

Agile maneuverability

Narrow passages, tight bends – no problem

With a minimal clearance of just 750 mm, Beetle navigates effortlessly through narrow warehouse aisles. Zero-distance edge cleaning ensures that no cleaning gaps occur along walls and obstacles. Obstacles up to 15 mm high are overcome, and gaps up to 25 mm wide are bridged.

360° safety sensors

Reliably detects people, forklifts & vehicles

The Beetle's comprehensive sensor system combines a 3D LiDAR with four cameras (front angled RGBD, rear RGB, left RGB, right RGB) to create a 360° surround-view system. Obstacles as low as 80 mm are reliably detected. Hanging obstacles and dynamic objects such as forklifts and AGVs are also reliably detected.

Long battery life and automatic charging

Up to 5 hours of operating time (Beetle Pro)

The Beetle charging station is included. After each cleaning task, the Beetle automatically returns to its charging station and recharges itself – fully charged in just 2.5 hours. The Beetle Pro with a 60 Ah battery achieves up to 5 hours of operating time for large-area cleaning.
